    Note: Food Trucks & Food Booths: We charge 10% of your sales for the day instead of the standard space rental fee.

    Requirements for this Option is that you have to sell Food that is perishable. If you sell items that are bottled or bagged you need to pay for your space)

    Participants agree by signing below to accept the following hold harmless clause: I have reviewed and agree to all the terms for participating in the Queen Creek Family Market events. By registering for and participating in events. I assume full risk and responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during this event and I release and hold harmless the city of Queen Creek and Queen Creek Family Market, owners, employees, coordinators, volunteers, contractors, sponsors from any claims arising out of my participation in this event. I understand that I am solely responsible for all State, City, County, or other applicable permits, license, and/or certificates associated with my participation in events. I understand that I have been advised to carry my own personal and product liability insurance. There are no refunds, if you need to cancel the date you signed up for we can change the date, but please make sure we get that cancellation email 10 days before the market. If you cancel the week of the market we cannot move the date for you and you will loose your money for that date. If it rains or we have weather out of our control and we have to cancel the market we will let you pick another date of your choice.
